[SHOPLINE] Features of Each Plan and Who They're Best For
Since SHOPLINE offers four types of plans, some people may not know which one to choose. Let's go over the features of each plan and who each one is best suited for.
Starter Plan
The Starter Plan is the cheapest plan SHOPLINE offers. You can create up to 5 staff accounts, and the transaction fee is 2% per transaction. This makes it a good fit for small businesses that don't yet have a very high transaction volume.
Essential Plan
The Essential Plan is a popular plan among SHOPLINE users. You can create up to 10 staff accounts, and the transaction fee is 1.2 percentage points lower than the Starter Plan. This plan is recommended for those who want to grow their operations team and expand sales.
Premium Plan
With the Premium Plan, you can create up to 100 staff accounts. The transaction fee is also quite low, at 0.4%. This makes it a good fit for those whose e-commerce site has grown large and who want to expand their business efficiently.
Enterprise Plan
The Enterprise Plan is the most expensive plan SHOPLINE offers. That said, it also comes with a correspondingly rich set of available services.
You can create up to 500 staff accounts and operate up to 10 online stores. You also get support from a dedicated customer success team. This plan is ideal for large companies with many staff members, or businesses operating multiple physical stores.
You Can Change Your SHOPLINE Plan at Any Time
SHOPLINE lets you change your plan while running your shop.
Upgrades can be made at any time during your billing period, but downgrades cannot take effect during the current billing period. If you select your desired downgrade plan during the current period, it will take effect at the next renewal.
You can make upgrades and downgrades by selecting the plan you want to switch to.
How to change plans
Let's walk through how to change plans, using the upgrade process as an example.
