Thank you for using RuffRuff 予約販売. We would like to inform you about an improvement to the free trial specification and an enhancement to the plan page.
Remaining free trial period now carries over when you change plans
Previously, changing plans during the free trial period would immediately end the trial, and the new plan would be billed right away.
With this improvement, if you change plans during the trial period, the remaining trial period now carries over to the new plan as is. Even if you switch to a higher-tier plan to try it out during the trial, no charge will occur as long as you remain within the trial period. This lets you compare features with peace of mind while deciding on a plan.
Free trial status now shown on the plan page
We have added a banner at the top of the plan page to show your free trial status.
- Not yet used: Indicates that a 3-day free trial is available
- Trial in progress: Shows that you are currently in the trial period, along with the approximate time remaining
- Used (not subscribed): Indicates that billing will begin as soon as you approve a plan
If you have already used the free trial, a "Not eligible for free trial" note will also be displayed on each plan card. When changing your current plan, please check the actual charge and effective date on Shopify's plan change confirmation screen.
Notes on use
● This improvement is applied automatically, and no additional configuration is required by store operators.
● The free trial can be used only once per store. Changing plans does not extend the trial period.
● If very little of the trial period remains, it may not be eligible to carry over.
