Improved Part of the In-App UI | RuffRuff 予約販売

The improvements are as follows.

Increased the number of pre-order rules displayed in the list from 10 to 20
Added a loading indicator on the rule list page so you can see when data is being loaded
Reduced screen flickering when switching pages in the rule list page's pagination
On the rule detail page, the screen now scrolls to the error message when there are errors in input fields
Unified the display of "Active Period Date/Time" and "Summary Date/Time" on the rule detail page to the store's time zone
