Mixlogue Quick Order Printer (hereafter "Quick Order Printer") is an app that lets you easily create and print Japanese-style documents in your Shopify store. It not only prints various Japanese-language documents, but also supports notation clauses and the Invoice System.
You can choose a document design from templates, add your logo, and change the wording, allowing you to operate the app in line with your own branding.

It's a popular app among Japanese store owners looking to streamline document-issuance operations.
Quick Order Printer Pricing Plan
Quick Order Printer has a simple pricing structure — a single plan at $9 per month. All features are available on this plan.
There's a 7-day free trial, so if you're interested, it's worth trying it out first.
Quick Order Printer's Main Features and Capabilities
Here we introduce Quick Order Printer's main features and what it can do.
Creating a Variety of Documents and Bulk Printing
Quick Order Printer lets you create various types of documents, including receipts, quotes, packing slips, and invoices. It also has a feature to create and print multiple documents in bulk, so it can efficiently handle large volumes of orders.
You can choose a document design from a wide range of templates, and can insert a logo image or add notes. You can even register a company seal image, giving the document the look of an official business document.
The layout is simple yet comprehensive, designed to be easy to use while covering all necessary information.
Convenient Customer-Facing Features
Quick Order Printer offers convenient features for customers. You can add a button to notification emails that opens the print screen for each document, allowing customers to save or print PDFs themselves. On the Shopify Plus plan, you can also configure a receipt-print button to appear on the order confirmation screen.
Customers can also print documents from their order history on their account page. You can also restrict customer-side issuance if needed. These features can all be implemented through simple settings in the admin.
Downloading CSV Data for Shipping Labels
In addition to document printing, Quick Order Printer also includes a feature to download CSV data for shipping labels, compatible with major domestic Japanese delivery carriers. The supported carriers and services are as follows.
- Kuroneko Yamato: B2 Cloud
- Japan Post: Click Post
- Sagawa Express: e-Hiden III
- Sagawa Express: Hikyaku Yu-Packet Service
It automatically extracts the information needed for shipping from order data and generates a CSV file formatted for each carrier's system, preventing manual data-entry errors and significantly reducing the burden of shipping operations.
Benefits of Adopting Quick Order Printer on Shopify
Here we explain the benefits of adopting Quick Order Printer on Shopify.
Smooth Issuance of Japanese-Style Documents
Shopify has an official app called Order Printer. However, it's not available in Japanese — the interface is English only — making it difficult to understand and use. Customization also requires web coding knowledge.
Quick Order Printer, on the other hand, is fully localized into Japanese, with document formats tailored to Japanese business customs available from the start. Without any special configuration or customization, you can start issuing Japanese-style documents right after installation. The layout is simple and easy to read, and it supports receipt notation clauses and seal images, helping build trust with business partners.
Its ease of use as a Japan-made app is a major attraction.
Significant Improvement in Operational Efficiency
Adopting Quick Order Printer significantly improves the efficiency of document-related operations in running an e-commerce site. The bulk creation and printing feature for multiple documents drastically reduces processing time. The customer self-service document-output feature also reduces the workload on store operators.
By automating the issuance of receipts, quotes, packing slips, and invoices — tasks previously handled by hand or with a separate system — you'll be able to devote more time to the sales and marketing activities that matter most.
The shipping-label CSV output feature also streamlines shipping arrangements, making the entire flow from order to delivery more efficient.
Reduced Tax Compliance Burden — Also Supports the Invoice System
Quick Order Printer fully supports the Invoice System, which took effect in October 2023. It can easily issue "Qualified Invoices" that meet the prescribed requirements of the Qualified Invoice Retention Method, significantly reducing the burden of tax compliance.
Setup is simple: from the document settings, check "Always display tax rate indicator" and "Issue invoices compliant with the Invoice System," then enter your registration number and any notes. All legally required items — registration number, amounts categorized by tax rate, applicable tax rates, consumption tax amounts, and more — are displayed automatically, so you can issue invoices with confidence.
How to Use the Shopify App Quick Order Printer
Here's how to use Quick Order Printer. While it can also issue packing slips and invoices, this article mainly focuses on issuing receipts, which tend to be in the highest demand. The setup method is basically the same for other documents.
First, install the app from the Shopify App Store.

After installing, a home screen like the one below will appear.

You can issue receipts right away, but let's first configure the design and links.
Design Settings
The default design is very simple, as shown in the image below. You can customize the receipt for your own brand by setting a logo or changing the design. If issuing under a corporate name, displaying a seal image can also be effective.

On the home screen, click "Document settings." This is where you configure the design.

First, set the overall appearance under "Design template." Click "Change" next to "Receipt."

20 templates are available. Once you find one you like, click "Select."

Change or select the following items as needed.
- Change comment (edit the comment shown on the receipt)
- Issue receipts compliant with the Invoice System
Next, set your logo under the "Logo" section. Even on a receipt, having a logo makes your brand more memorable to customers, which can help build repeat business.
If using a logo already uploaded to your store, select "Image URL"; if uploading from your device, select "Upload image." For the former, get the logo's link URL from "Content" > "Files" in your store, and paste it into "Image URL."
Check "Display logo on receipt" and set the width and position. The ideal position varies depending on the template you chose, so adjust it while checking in the later section "How to Output Documents."

A seal image isn't required on receipts or invoices, but it's common practice for many companies, especially in B2B business. Quick Order Printer also lets you set an electronic seal image file.
After uploading the file, set the width and position.

There are also other configuration items as listed below. Since you can fine-tune them to match Japanese business customs, set them according to your own operations and branding strategy.
- Issuer information
- Layout settings
- Payment method
- Notes
Setting Up Links
This configures the ability for customers to download receipts themselves. From the home screen tabs, select "Set up links."

Under "Customers print receipts in the store," check the locations you want to enable, and customers will be able to print from their order history (account page) or the order confirmation screen (Shopify Plus only).
Check "Show receipt print button on order history (account page)," then select "Yes" in the confirmation message.

You can also add a button that opens the receipt print screen to customer notification emails. This isn't difficult, but requires editing some code. If you're not confident, consider asking someone with experience.
Under "Show print-screen link in notification email," copy the link (<a href="xxxxx">View receipt</a>).

From the Shopify admin settings, select "Notifications," then click "Customer notifications."

Select the notification email you want to display it in. Here, we selected "Order confirmation."

Click "Edit code" in the upper right.

The code will be displayed — insert the link wherever you like. However, be careful not to interfere with the existing code, as it could break the layout or hide required items.
Here, we inserted the link on a new line (line 215) right after the </table> on line 214. (Note that the email layout may vary.)

You can also center the link by wrapping it in the following <div> tag code.
<div style="text-align:center;"> <a href="xxxxx">View receipt</a> </div>
Check the result in the preview.

That completes the link setup.
How to Output Documents
Here's how to output a document. First, select the order list tab and search for an order. You can filter by order date/time or status.
Once you find the order for which you want to issue a document, click the document you want to issue among "Receipt," "Packing Slip," and "Invoice" displayed next to it.

The image below shows a receipt. The logo and seal image we added earlier are reflected.

On this screen, you can directly edit the "date" and "recipient." Once you've issued a document, checking "Issued" helps prevent mistakes.
Clicking "Print" will bring up the print screen.
Downloading Shipping Label CSVs by Carrier
Quick Order Printer can also download CSV files for shipping labels.
Select the orders you want to output on the "Order List." You can select multiple orders at once.

Click "CSV Export" and select the shipping service (carrier).

Click "Download" displayed at the top right.

You've now downloaded the shipping label CSV file.
That's the end of our usage guide.
