We've made a major update to the price rule in RuffRuff Order Limits.
Previously, limits could only be based on "product price." With this improvement, you can now set limits based on "cart subtotal" or "total payment amount."
This enables more flexible store operations, such as "orders can only be placed when the total amount, including shipping, is ¥XX or more."
We've also revised the naming of setting items to better match their actual meaning, making configuration more intuitive.
Name Changes
We've changed the names of setting items to wording that more clearly conveys their meaning.
| Changed Item | Before | After |
|---|---|---|
| Field Name | Amount Calculation Method | Base Amount for Limit Determination |
| Option | Subtotal Amount (before discount) | Total List Price (before product discount) |
| Option | Total Amount (after discount) | Total Product Price (after product discount) |
New Base Amounts Added
You can now set limits based on the following two new criteria.
- Cart Subtotal (excluding shipping and tax, before discount)
- Total Payment Amount (including shipping and tax, after discount)
Specification and Notes
When you select "Cart Subtotal" or "Total Payment Amount," the following specifications apply.
- Target Products: Only "All Products" can be selected (you cannot limit to specific product collections, etc.).
- Alert Display: A warning message is displayed only on the "checkout page" (it is not shown when operating the cart).
* For the existing "Total List Price" and "Total Product Price" options, you can continue to narrow down target products and display alerts on the cart screen as before.
