The long-awaited new "Select Gift" feature has been added to RuffRuff Order Bonus.
With this feature, customers can choose their own preferred gift when they meet the campaign conditions, enabling more flexible and appealing bonus campaigns.
What Is the Select Gift Feature?
With the previous "Fixed Gift" feature, stores distributed a single, pre-specified gift to customers. With "Select Gift," you can offer multiple gift options and let customers choose for themselves.

Offer multiple gift products and let customers select their preferred bonus at purchase. Giving customers freedom of choice is expected to improve customer satisfaction.
🎨 Full variant support
Even products with variants such as size, color, or design can be set as gifts, letting you offer bonuses tailored to each customer's needs.
📦 Flexible bundle settings
Each gift option can combine multiple products and adjust quantities, letting you build custom gift sets such as "Product A × 2 + Product B × 1."
How to Use It
Step 1: Choose the gift type
Select "Select Gift" in the Gift Campaign's bonus settings.
Step 2: Add variants
Add the gift variants (options) that customers will be able to choose from.
Step 3: Configure component products and quantities
Set the products and quantities included in each variant. Bundle configurations can be freely customized.
Specification
- "Select Gift" only supports manual addition (automatic addition is not supported).
- Customers can choose only one variant as their gift.
- You can freely change the display order of the variants.

If you prefer the previous method of distributing a specific gift product when conditions are met, select "Fixed Gift" in the bonus settings.
