We fixed a bug affecting discount campaigns that use a cart subtotal price condition. After saving your changes, the "Unsaved changes" bar at the top of the page would remain visible, and trying to navigate away would trigger a confirmation dialog that blocked you from leaving the page.
The save itself was completing successfully, but a mismatch in the page's internal state caused it to still be treated as unsaved.
With this update, you'll now be able to leave the page normally after saving.
